All full-time staff at Kiddiwinks work a 40 hour week. This is spread over 3 full days and 2 part days. All positions qualify for 20 days holiday per year (increasing with service) in addition to public holidays. Free uniform, parking and lunch are also provided.

SENIOR PRACTITIONER

We are looking for an experienced practitioner with a level 3 childcare qualification, who has achieved or is committed to working towards EYPS. You should have a full understanding of the EYFS, OFSTED guidelines and welfare requirements and be able to provide a safe, happy, caring and stimulating learning environment, both in and outdoors.

This is a lead role where you will demonstrate excellent practice and set high standards, working closely with other staff and professionals to monitor and evaluate children's development. You will be able to communicate effectively with and work in partnership with parents and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities.

BANK STAFF - to cover staff absence and occasional holidays - level 2/3 preferred. If you are available at short notice either 8am to 1:30pm or 2:30pm, 11:30am to 2:30pm or 11:30am to 6:00pm we would like to hear from you.
